Please read our policy carefully before purchasing.
All sales are final unless the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges once an order has been delivered and accepted, except in cases where the issue is due to our error.
To request a review for a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at sales@sitrah.co and include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item.
Returned items must be:

in original condition

with original packaging, tags, and any included accessories
Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.

We are not responsible for damage caused by misuse, improper care, or normal wear and tear.

Orders placed using deposits, partial payments, or custom requests are non-refundable.

If your return request is approved, we will provide return instructions. Items sent back without approval will not be accepted.
